BACKGROUND

The first Asia Conference on Earthquake Engineering (ACEE) was initiated by the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) in 2004, to provide a forum for academics, researchers, and professionals involved in various aspects of earthquake engineering.

OBJECTIVE

This year 2018, ACEE with its theme “Seismic Resilience for Safer Cities and Infrastructures” is gearing up to serve the industries, engineers, educators and researchers on a regional and global scale. ACEE-2018 will prove to be a truly international event with the participants, keynote speakers and attendees coming from all parts of Asia and the world to brainstorm, share expertise and collaborate in areas of mutual interests.
